I have a appointment on Wednesday to see Planned Parenthood. Not for an abortion but to look into more contraceptives and be more knowledagble in my options. I want something as second protection to using a body basal therometer. A therometer thats measured by your body's temperature to determine when you are fertile and when your period comes. Its very helpful for women who are trying or preventing. I am going to look into the femcap since it seems like its only used during sex with spermicide. Hopefully all works out well!
